Nicholas has teamed up with PetSmart Charities this fall for the “Fall into a Nicholas Sparks Love Story Contest.” While you may know him first as an author, Nicholas is also a pet parent and a longtime pet adoption advocate. Together with PetSmart Charities, he is celebrating the unconditional love that adopted pets bring into their new homes by sponsoring a contest.

To participate, just go to PetSmart Charities website and tell us about how you fell in love with your adopted pet. One heartwarming story will be selected and featured on NicholasSparks.com with an introduction written by Nicholas. It will also be shared on the author’s social channels and with subscribers to his email mailing list. Last but not least, the adopted pet will get a cameo appearance in an upcoming Nicholas Sparks novel!
